When life gets demanding, wellness practices are usually the first things to go. You push through. You put yourself last: the things you love, the things that nourish you, the things you enjoy. Slowly, without realizing it, you drift away from the things that keep you grounded—your body, your breath, nature. Your intuition and gut are harder to hear, you’re all up in your head now. Our big beautiful brains can’t even do their jobs when it’s a sea and circus of thought.
Sometimes it goes on long enough and you drift far enough that you look in the mirror and barely recognize yourself. For anyone who’s experienced this, it can be really unsettling. To know that you've gotten so far from what nourishes, inspires or supports you that you feel like a stranger to yourself is sobering. I know, because I’ve experienced it.
I help women who've lost their inner compass get grounded and find their way back home to themselves.
This is wellbeing work that goes deeper than self-care checklists. It’s bio-individual and multi-dimensional. It's about tending the whole of you—body, mind, spirit and the spaces you inhabit—so you can feel like yourself again. Rooted. Present. Connected. In this work you remember what’s most important right here and now and use that as part of your recalibration.

How We Work Together
This isn't about adding another wellness trend to your plate. It's about clearing away what's draining you and reconnecting with what actually nourishes you—body, mind, spirit, and space. To do that we need to take an inventory on where each of the areas of your life fall on the draining-nourishing spectrum and then set out to create a path to greater wellbeing. We’ll work with all five dimensions of wellbeing:
Physical: Your body, your energy, your nervous system. How you're sleeping, moving, resting. What your body is trying to tell you.
Emotional: What you're feeling and what you're carrying. Creating space to process, release, and restore.
Mental: The noise in your head. The patterns that keep you stuck. Finding clarity and calm.
Spiritual: Your connection to something bigger—nature, meaning, purpose, the sacred in the ordinary.
Space: Your environment, your rhythms, your relationship with the natural world. How the places you inhabit support or deplete you.
Rather than following a rigid program, our work together is shaped by what you want and need most. That said, you won't feel like we're winging it. I’ve tried both. Highly structured doesn’t allow the space for the magic of true coaching to do its work and winging it can be so free form that there’s no sense of continuity or building progress. This is somewhere in between with a quiet structure underneath that suits you as a client.
We'll typically move through three phases—returning to them as needed throughout our time together:
Ground - Before anything else, you need to feel grounded, steady, a sense of rootedness. We work with your body, your breath and your nervous system to help you settle. Nature connection, movement, breathwork and somatic practices often show up here. But so can things like journaling, music or art.
Listen - Once you're not all up in your head spinning, you’ll more clearly hear what your body and intuition have been trying to tell you. We tune in to what's depleting you and what genuinely restores you.
Integrate - From a grounded place, we build sustainable practices into your daily life—not another self-care to-do list. We’ll look at daily, monthly and seasonal rhythms that actually fit how you live.
1:1 Coaching (6 week pkg)
A focused container for women who want support through a stressful season or need help resetting their wellbeing. Includes 6 weekly sessions via Zoom—with or without video, whatever feels right. Plus voice note or message support between sessions when you need it.

A deeper dive for women who want more time and space to truly restore. Includes 12 sessions (weekly or bi-weekly, your choice), plus ongoing voice note and message support throughout. This is for sustainable change—building practices that will support you long after we're done.

What to Expect
Sessions happen via Zoom. You can be on video or not. Some clients walk outside during our calls. Some curl up on the couch with tea. Do what helps you be present.
Between sessions, I'm available for voice notes or messages when something comes up and you need support. As a reminder, this isn't therapy. I'm always 100% present during our time together and reasonably reachable in between our calls, but I’m not available 24/7 and rarely on weekends.
The tools I draw from include nature connection, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, energy work, cyclical living and somatic practices. I meet you where you are and bring in what serves you and our time together.
Ongoing Support (No Calls)
For women who want continued support after completing a program, ongoing support via voice notes and messaging throughout the week is available. Just like when we’re in the container, I respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
